Colleen Desmond is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice and a lead member of the US payer, provider, services, and systems (PPSS) team. She focuses on the intersection of strategy and execution while helping clients define and realize their vision.
Colleen has consulted with leading health care systems, health plans, and government health care entities on growth strategy, transformation and organizational topics. She has led numerous efforts to support organizations in addressing the industry’s rapidly changing landscape including the sites of care shifts, behavioral health integration, and alternative payment models. She is passionate about improving both health outcomes and the health care experience of individuals.
Colleen is also a Board Member of BCG’s Center for Illinois’ Future (CIF) which oversees the Chicago office's social impact investments and thought leadership in the local community.
