Han has worked extensively with multinational and Chinese companies to help them develop growth strategies, design sales and marketing systems, conduct organizational restructurings, and define M&A strategies. She helps clients achieve long-term performance improvement and organizational empowerment.
Han’s recent projects includes helping a foreign fund evaluate investment opportunities in China's renewable energy market, working with a top refining-chemical integrated enterprise in China to build its sales and marketing system, and developing a growth strategy for a Chinese leading commodity trading and logistics player (including crude oil and LNG trading).
