Over the course of his career, Jean-Christophe has led engagements at a global level around performance programs and change management initiatives for clients in oil and gas, mining, metal product manufacturing, and financial services. He has helped numerous clients optimize organization structure and redesign management systems and processes.

Prior to joining BCG, Jean-Christophe was a senior manager at Accenture, where his work focused on the oil and gas industry.
