María López lidera a prática de assistência médica do Boston Consulting Group na Iberia e na América do Sul, e ela é membro central da prática de pessoas e organização da BCG, além de membro da rede cientista de saúde da BCG. Ela também lidera o trabalho associado à iniciativa feminina no BCG. Principalmente em projetos que abordam questões organizacionais. Since joining BCG in 2008, María has worked primarily in the health care industry, helping clients address their most critical challenges in business (strategy, sales, and market access) and organization (reorganization design, new ways of working, and change management).
She has worked with several companies from different industries over the course of her career, primarily on projects addressing organizational issues.
In 2012, Maria worked as an international change manager for Save the Children, one of BCG’s global social impact clients.
Recently, María has been driving the design and implementation of new ways of working in an agile delivery organization for general industries. She also partners with companies to achieve their goals in digital transformations, focusing on people and organization lens.
Prior to joining BCG, Maria was teaching at Heriot-Watt University, and has authored a number of scientific publications
