Rina Su is a core member of the Energy and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices at Boston Consulting Group, and an expert in private equity. She co-leads the Energy practice in Greater China. In addition, she is actively involved in infrastructure and real estate with a focus on corporate strategy and M&A topics.
Rina has extensive experience in energy and industrial goods in Greater China and the middle- and southeast of Asia. She focuses on digital transformation by helping clients evaluate strategic digital and informational initiatives, develops corporate strategies, and conducts investments and mergers and acquisitions in multiple fields, including medical services, infrastructure construction, new energy, and low-carbon green technology.
Rina also has worked with clients on equity investment (venture capital, private equity, sovereign funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds), focusing on corporate development strategy and post-merger integration (PMI) management. She has led a number of large-scale enterprise factory operation optimizations and multiple post-investment enterprise digital empowerment projects. In addition, she provides expert knowledge and advice to local government and policy makers.
Prior to joining the firm, Rina had onsite work experience with oil and gas upstream giant, Schlumberger.
