Tom Retelewski is the medtech lead for BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design division. He was the lead for health care at BCG Platinion (now a part of BCG X) from 2018 until 2023. Tom focuses on digital patient experience, technology transformation, cloud enablement, and engineering for health care clients.
He has extensive experience in digital patient experience, electronic medical records and health information exchange, enterprise architecture, enterprise data management and analytics, and technology planning and assessment.
In his recent client work, Tom has led the implementation of a digital front door for a integrated health care system, the digital patient journey and benchmarking for another health care system, a large scale engineering for a medical device manufacturer, and an enterprise digital platform transformation at a major medtech distributor.
Before joining the firm, Tom worked at Rackspace and Sapient.
