Vít Pumprla leads Boston Consulting Group’s work for Financial Institutions clients in the Czech Republic. He is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions and Insurance practices, serving clients across multiple geographies including the Czech Republic, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
Vít has built expertise and supports his clients in digital transformations, digital sales and analytics-powered personalization, new business build, transactions support (due diligences and post-merger integrations), and organization transformations with new ways of working. His clients are both ambitious large established players as well as emerging digital attackers.
Prior to joining BCG in 2005, Vít worked at Rolls Royce in the UK and HVB Bank in the Czech Republic.
