Andreas Maue is a member of the leadership teams for the Operations and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. In addition, he is part of BCG’s career development committee and recruiting team. Andreas works mostly with clients in the process and automotive industries, focusing on full potential plan definition and implementation, manufacturing process optimization, lean transformation, automation (Industry 4.0), digitization of R&D, and net zero in manufacturing and logistics.
Prior to joining BCG, Andreas worked as a team leader and project manager at the RWTH Aachen University.
