Rajiv Shenoy joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2022, bringing 14 years of combined experience in leading mid-market education technology organizations where his work focused on using technology to drive learning outcomes and companywide digital transformations.
Since joining BCG, Rajiv has been part of the team building a new practice, BCG U. BCG U is the firm's learning solution designed for high performance upskilling at scale to drive true business impact. Rajiv’s focus with BCG U is on upskilling and generative AI. He is the product owner for Frontline Academy, and supports our AI and GenAI upskilling.
Before joining the firm, Rajiv was Founder, CEO of Orca TV (acquired by Apogee), Chief Technology Officer and Chief Evangelist at Apogee and Executive in Residence and VP of Technology Ventures at Shorelight Education.
