At BCG, Astrid advises financial investors and private equity funds on buy- and sell-side transactions, value creation along the investment cycle, growth sales, and pricing for portfolio companies. She is passionate about helping investors define and execute their ESG transformation journey, identify investable sectors/targets, and support their value creation.
Before joining the firm, Astrid was a Partner & Managing Director at Kearney, leading their private equity business in Central Europe.
