Julian Hein is Boston Consulting Group's global co-lead for capital markets and investment banking within the Financial Institutions practice. He is also BCG’s co-lead for private credit. Julian has more than 18 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate and investment banking transformations, and the financial industry.
Since joining BCG in 2017, Julian has executed more than 35 projects around the globe, with a focus on corporate and investment banking, global capital markets, cost transformations, integration, benchmarking, and, most recently, working on AI, GenAI, and automation implementations in capital markets and investment banking.
Previously, Julian held positions in credit sales trading and investment banking at Deutsche Bank AG, and debt capital markets FIG at BNP Paribas.
