Paul Catchlove is Senior Director and Global Knowledge Team (KT) Leader for BCG Transform, Boston Consulting Group's transformation, turnaround and restructuring practice. His work is focused on holistic, large-scale transformations and organizational restructuring programs. Prior to Paul’s current role, he was a Principal based in Helsinki, Finland. Paul has worked on engagements in Finland, Sweden, Poland, the UK, Germany, the US, France, and the Netherlands. He is also a core member of the firm's People and Organization practice, focused on leadership, culture and change. Paul is passionate about creating sustained transformation results through executional certainty, performance culture improvement, and change leadership.
Before joining the firm, Paul worked as a corporate M&A lawyer, admitted to the register of practitioners at the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland.
