He is an expert on AI and GenAI and platform operating models, as well as digital and technology transformation, broader technology, agile, and organization and governance related topics.
Prior to his current role, Benjamin was global co-lead for BCG's agile transformation business. He also has co-authored numerous articles about GenAI, digital and technology transformation, platform operating model and agility. Before joining BCG, Benjamin worked as a consultant with IBM Global Services in Germany.
