Annika works with public sector and industrial goods clients on projects relating to strategy and implementation, institutional build up, and transformation, as well as procurement. She is also an expert for the firm's climate risk, adaptation, and resilience work in the private sector. In addition, she helps clients drive their sustainability and climate as well as their diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda.
Annika is also the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa lead for Pride@BCG. Annika has been recognized for her work within BCG and beyond.
