François Delvaux joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of BCG's Energy and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices. He works with energy retailers, producers, and grids/infrastructure owners and operators, transportation and logistics players, and the public sector.
François advises clients on growth strategy and people and organizational challenges, with a focus on operating model transformations. In addition to his client work, François is part of the Career Development Committee.
