DIEDERIK Rothengatter

Diederik Rothengatter is the technology strategy lead for Boston Consulting Group's private equity and portfolio clients. He is a core member of the tech capital, tech in principle investors and private equity, and tech in transaction and integration excellence teams.

Diederik is an expert in software, technology, and product-tech due diligence; technology-driven portfolio value creation; and pre-close transaction execution. His technology expertise runs from front end to core systems, and includes integration and data architecture, back-office systems, cloud and hosting, and technology operating model (tech leadership, R&D capabilities, and capacity, and tech spend).
