Konstantin Storms joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a core member of the firm's Health Care and Insurance practices. Konstantin works mainly with clients in the health care system, both payers and providers, often with a focus on personalized care management and data-driven claims management. He also has expertise in areas including analytics and artificial intelligence.
Konstantin has led multiple project engagements including cost management, personalized care management, process optimization, customer experience and digitization.
