Mads works with national, regional, and global private capital investors and corporations on commercial buy- and sell-side due diligences, value acceleration (including full potential plans, PMI, 100-day programs, transformation, growth, and M&A roll-up strategy), and fund investment strategy.
Within TMT, he has worked on engagements in vertical and horizontal software, internet/ecommerce, tech-enabled services, CX/Martech/Adtech, and IT services, as well as broader telco infrastructure—covering topics including transformation, corporate strategy, M&A, commercial excellence, operational improvement (sourcing and lean, IT strategy, and digitization), operating model and organization redesign.
Mads was a lecturer and an analyst/associate at KPMG Valuation and Modeling Services in Denmark. He is a co-founder of HumanKapitalPleje.
