Yannick Bastubbe is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice. He has worked with clients in the automotive industry focusing on Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs, as well as in industrial goods, consumer goods, biopharma, and private equity. He has served clients across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Yannick's recent engagements include developing the factory of the future target picture and implementing over 30 use cases in the lighthouse plant of a tier 1 auto supplier, developing the AI full potential plan in operations of a premium OEM, and conducting multiple full-potential plan projects across industries.
Atualmente, Yannick está focado no impacto da IA, especialmente IA generativa e robótica cognitiva nas operações. Além disso, ele está servindo como membro do Fórum Econômico Mundial para trabalhar sobre o impacto transformador dos agentes de IA na fabricação. Antes de ingressar na empresa, ele trabalhou na Faurecia Automotive Exteriors em São Paulo como supervisor do sistema de gerenciamento de projetos da Divisão da América do Sul. Carreiras
