Becky Frederick is a core member of DigitalBCG and the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Technology Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group. She helps clients in the telecommunications, health care, technology, and financial services industries build their digital and modern technology capabilities. She has led several large-scale digital transformations, including shifts to agile ways of working, product and platform delivery, modern architecture, and unlocking the value of data.
