Christian Guse is a core member of the Operations and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is an expert in lean and process optimization in production and along the value chain, as well as in operations transformations using Industry 4.0 and advanced analytics. He is the firm's lead for operations in materials and process industries.
Since joining BCG in 2008, Christian has worked with a range of materials and process industry clients, mainly in mining and metals, building materials, and chemicals. He helps his clients improve on operational efficiency, cost, output, and delivery performance, as well as safety, quality, and environmental impact. His experience ranges from running operational transformations and full potential programs to targeted exercises aimed at process improvements and digitization. In addition, he has led large capital project management, procurement, supply chain, and network optimization engagements for clients around the globe.
