Emily Mulcahy is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice with a specific focus on providers. Emily’s clients include large provider groups, regional health systems, and academic medical centers. She works closely with clients on how to drive transformational change across their business and clinical operations, workforce, and strategic growth opportunities, with a focus on the change management mechanisms that enable long-term success. She is passionate about helping clients drive success in turning around their core operations to chart new paths for strategic growth in challenging and/or opportunistic local market contexts.

Before joining BCG, Emily worked for a large, integrated academic medical center for several years in finance, strategy, and government policy/relations topics during times of significant regulatory and transformative change in the industry.
