Hendrik Schnelle is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Center for CFO Excellence. He has eight years of consulting experience in various industries including energy, mining, technology, and automotive. Hendrik specializes in finance transformation, including digital finance, reorg, and cost down; performance management; and CFO strategy.
Since joining BCG, Hendrik's engagements have included leading the transformation of the finance function of a large-cap utilities company, the finance health check and target operating model design for an accounting and performance management organization, and the development of future vision and reorganization of the business partnering organization of a leading mining company.
Prior to joining BCG, Hendrik worked for Stern Stewart & Co., a strategy consulting firm based in Munich, advising multinationals on projects primarily in the CFO area.
