Jean-Christophe Bernardini

Jean-Christophe Bernardini is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Operations practices with a special focus in oil and gas.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Jean-Christophe has worked with major national and international oil companies on a wide range of strategic and operational issues, including designing and implementing improvement programs, optimizing operating expenditures, and fostering efficiency in manufacturing and services. His client work has also focused on boosting productivity, reducing costs, developing new business, and building teams.

Over the course of his career, Jean-Christophe has led engagements at a global level around performance programs and change management initiatives for clients in oil and gas, mining, metal product manufacturing, and financial services. He has helped numerous clients optimize organization structure and redesign management systems and processes.
