Rebecca Hood is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Energy practices. She works with clients on high-impact programs in those industries, including oil and gas and other natural resources companies. Rebecca has extensive expertise in upstream operations, both on- and off-shore. She has worked with majors, independents, oil field services and equipment, and broader natural resources organizations.
Rebecca leads global, high-impact programs including large-scale transformations, operational and organizational design, strategy, and change management. Before joining the Houston office, she lived and worked with clients in Latin America for over ten years. Prior to BCG, Rebecca was a Fulbright Scholar and worked in commercial real estate private equity for five years.
