Yasushi Sasaki is a System Leader of BCG’s Northeast Asia System. Since joining BCG in 2002, Yasushi’s work has focused primarily on the financial services area with a special focus on banking, insurance, investment banking, and asset management. He has worked closely with clients in those sectors on various management issues including mid- to long-term strategy, reorganization, sales reform, IT strategy, and digital strategy.
Before joining BCG, Yasushi worked both in Tokyo and London for the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Financial Group), where he was responsible for M&A advisory and leveraged finance.
