Marc Schmidt is a core member of the Energy, Industrial Goods, Operations, and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. He works primarily with clients across Southeast Asia. Since joining BCG in 2006, Marc has focused on advising clients in the energy upstream, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. He has acquired deep expertise in commercial and operational excellence, large-capital-project management, and strategy.
Marc is deeply passionate about enabling his clients—and building stronger organizations and individual relationships with them.
Before joining BCG, Marc was a project manager with Bayer Material Science in Germany.
