Roshni Rathi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) and Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practices in India. Since joining BCG in 2014, Roshni has worked extensively with private equity clients and investors on topics along the investment lifecycle. Her experience includes commercial due diligence, portfolio acceleration, exit planning, sell-side due diligence, and fund strategy and operations. She has a deep knowledge of assets in financial services, consumer, health care, and growth tech industries.
Roshni is also BCG’s Asia Pacific leader for diversity and inclusion, helping clients enhance their employee value proposition and tailor products and services through a lens of inclusion.
