Vikash Jain is a senior leader in Boston Consulting Group's global Technology practice and also leads BCG’s IT services and business process outsourcing (BPO) work in North America.
Vikash has extensive experience working in the technology space, especially in IT and IT enabled services (IT/ITeS), including BPO, customer experience, and engineering services. Vikash is BCG’s leading expert in the sector having worked with clients across Asia, Europe, and North America on a range of topics. His expertise includes strategy, growth, and large scale transformations in the areas of go-to-market, operation and delivery, organization, and operating model. Many of these transformations having been necessitated by the changing paradigm of digital, next-gen technology, automation, and analytics.

He has also worked with several leading media clients on topics including growth, analytics, and post-merger integrations.
Vikash works at an industry level within the technology industry and analyst community, and has worked closely with industry bodies on a wide range of industry-level initiatives. He has co-authored several reports on industry critical topics.
Prior to joining BCG, Vikash was a Partner with Everest Group, and a Strategy Consultant at Accenture. He started his career with Standard Chartered Grindlays in the foreign exchange markets.
